HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Lowe's didn't get back to me for 3 weeks for an estimate to repair a broken cable, even though I bought my opener from them 2 months before. Overhead Door was here in 2 business days and charged less than half the Lowe's estimate. The OD guys who showed up were professional, personable and done in 10 minutes.

We have used this company for commercial property in the past 6 months. The response time is very slow, likely will be days-week before getting a response from anyone. Does not perform work in a timely matter.

A little schedule issue but they corrected it and came out to fix my door when they said they would. Jim was a pleasure and taught me some things i did not know. Jim also was very quick and very thorough with his work. My garage door is working better than it was before it broke. Thank you Jim for the great service and thank you overhead door for the prompt service.
