I went there with an Oud needs fixing. He showed us that they actually have one for sale, so they're familiar with them. Says they'll keep it overnight when the owner gets back. He'll call me to let me know if and what it would take to fix. They never contacted me, they would have just kept it forever I suppose if I didn't call back a week later. On the phone the guy just said Yeah we don't know what to do with that, sorry. It's like dude.. You are a music shop. You LITERALLY traffic in these things. You can't even be bothered to LOOK INTO how to repair it? And THEN you can't even be bothered to call me back and return my family heirloom to me.. So yeah I have a low opinion of your shop.
