THE OWNER IS A TOTAL LUNATIC. I called to inquire about transmission service and he was extremely rude, so I quickly got off the phone. He proceeded to repeatedly call me back three times in a row cursing at me. I ended up having to block the number. You should go somewhere else.
no customer service at all, they are real disrespectful and rude.
This company and the owner are extremely rude. They first told us to tow our car there and then said he wouldn't do the work and refused to give a reason why. He gave us next to no notice and said car had to be out of the lot by 3pm. We live out of state and this was difficult to coordinate in a short time. When I called the shop, the man was beyond rude and hung up on me. I have never in my life experienced an owner act this way and he should think twice before he speaks. Highly advise against this company. We found another one near by who was extremely nice and cheaper
