Bob was great and was able to come out and fix my dryer the same week I called him. It was a pretty quick fix and he did the job well, while also recommending things to make sure the dryer didn't stop working again. I'll definitely call him again when another appliance breaks.

Bob is amazing! He came out a few years ago to take a look at my stove at the time and he was very nice and we both agreed I needed a new stove. I never got the impression that he was doing the running around on me. He just came back to take a look at my dryer and he did an amazing job and gave me a good price! When the part that was broken could not be fixed, he took the time to find and order an original part, then he put it all back together. It works perfectly!
