Wyatt squeezed us into his busy schedule just in the nick of time before the winter weather hit. He did a phenomenal job with the sweep and cleaned up after himself. He even showed me a few things about how to use the fire place as this is our first time having one. Highly recommend this local company to all!
Wyatt, owner of All American Chimney Sweeps, made a lose fitting chimney cap, said he was remaking it and then never did. I was concerned its poor fitment was unsafe and it was! Wyatt subcontracted out the install and during the install the crew broke my pool heater by allowing large bits of rock to fall down and crack the housing. The fit was so poor that the chimney cap flew off the house and caused considerable damage to my home. They say a picture is a worth a thousand words, this is All American Chimney Sweeps results. Wyatt has ignored me for months without making any effort of any kind to make things right.
Wyatt replaced a back panel in our fireplace. Did an outstanding job very thorough. Recommend All American Chimney Sweep to anyone and now have signed up with him for a yearly service. Couldn’t be happier thank you, Wyatt.
Wyatt Richards with All American Chimney Sweeps was fast, efficient, and super nice!! He clearly takes pride in his work and is very friendly and gave us guidance on where to buy new lava rock for our wood turned gas fireplace that hadn’t been cleaned in a decade;) They removed the old fireplace rocks that we wanted to get rid of free of charge, too! The price seemed fair and affordable, we’ll be using them again in future every time!
