Went to this place for brake service. They are nice and helpful. However, after service and a second replacement, my brakes are still very squeaky and grinding which has not happened to me before. I attempted to call them couple times after the continuous problem but no ever answered the phone.
Absolutely awesome shop. I have had an unfortunate amount of visits to these guys in the last week, no fault of the shop at all, I just feel victim to hubris and AutoZone parts. 2 starters and a battery later and my car finally starts and stays that way. These guys were fast, transparent, honest, no bull, straight forward and so helpful. Everything from finishing the repair I couldn't accomplish to recommending an excellent tow truck. Everyone I talked to in the 3 or 4 trips I took was super kind and professional. Much much thanks for helping me keep my problem car on the road a little longer
Being a first-time customer, I wasn't sure how they operated or what the process was. But Albert's Garage stayed in constant communication and kept me updated. When I got my truck back, the custom big brake kit was installed exactly as I asked. Other "professional" shops wouldn't touch it, but Alberta Garage took on the challenge and got it done. It takes a while, but it's worth the wait. He's my mechanic from now on. Thanks. Albert's team.
Very happy with Albert and his team in fact I’m so happy I had to create an account to write a review because they couldn’t go unnoticed. I took my truck in to get some suspension work done and of course the kit didn’t come with half the parts they needed, they quickly outsourced parts in order to get the job done on time and took time away from their families working late to get my truck done. Shout out to David as well he was patient with the whole situation and Amy for keeping in touch about progress. Got the truck back earlier today and it feels like a whole new truck 5 stars for me thanks guys!
I’ve been going to Alberts for about 7 years and can’t recommend them enough. Been driving for over 40 years and as many of you know it can be difficult to find a mechanic that you not only trust will do a good job but also treat you fairly. Never trusted a mechanic more than Albert to be honest and competent. He always explains the issues and he never tries to upsell or stack a bunch of unnecessary repairs onto your bill. I was disappointed/sad when he moved a few years ago (he used to be a mile and a half from my house before) but I will continue to bring my cars to him no matter where he moves in the city.
