I took a car to them before I bought it and took their advice and didn’t buy it. Then my husband took his car there to have some “major” work done. They fixed it it a day at a much lower cost than the dealership that wanted to charge 3 times what we paid. This is my new shop for all repairs.
After experiencing a flat tire right outside of their shop and no Jack to put my spare tire on, Ali agreed to take a look at my tire and help me with it when the place across the street wouldn't even help me in the meantime. He was so sweet and helpful and took me in immediately to fix my tire. That kind of service is rare to find and I would definitely be using him in the future.
Ollie took care of two of my vehicles. Each time he took a little extra care that he did not need to do. I will continue to come back. The work is reliable and they get the job done quickly. I would 10/10 recommend.
Ali is awesome! I have had several different issues with my F150 and every time I call, Ali is able to take my truck in right away. He gets it repaired in a short amount of time and the prices very reasonable. After dealing with the Ford dealership here once, I found Alaska Professional Auto online, along with many other places. I chose this place because of the reviews and I am SO glad I did. Thank you so much for being such a great business and doing such a great job!
