The folks I deal with in Service, Trent in particular, are so nice, efficient, and knowledgeable. The video they share about what is done is also very informative. It was such a surprise the first time I received one. The best part, of course, is that the car was fixed not only this time but all the other times I’ve brought it in for maintenance. No other company has ever provided such great service. Love them.

Working with BMW of Anchorage is something out of an automotive dealership fairy tail. Trent M is by far the most meticulous and on top of his game service advisor. Cannot say enough good things about him and his team. Will only take my cars to him and the team at BMW of Anchorage from here on out as I've done for the past 5 years.

This service center gets it — they not only take care of the problem, they take ownership if they caused it. They are timely and professional. At the end of every service, I receive a video from the service technician who not only runs through everything done to my vehicle, but even identifies himself on the video so I know exactly who serviced my baby. And I can’t say enough about my service representative Trent Mendenhall. He’s the best out there for sure, always making sure we’re happy and satisfied, I’d also like to congratulate Trent, he’s marking 5 years with the BMW Anchorage Service Center this month. BMW has a very valuable employee in Trent and we love him!
