I was traveling from Anchorage to Homer and needed to make the ferry home, but my vehicle didn’t have the right tires for the icy roads. The team immediately made my safety their top priority and got me set up with the proper tires quickly, efficiently, and with the utmost professionalism. A special shout-out to Robby, Wayne, and the entire crew who worked on my car today. You went above and beyond, and I’m so grateful for your help. Fantastic experience with these guys. They’re easy to coordinate with on the phone, had an appointment right away, and got me out of a tough spot when I blew a studded tire before driving home to Homer. Affordable price on a whole set of studs too. Highly recommend!

Alaska Tire Service on Dimond was fantastic. They were able to get me in for a same-day appointment and had my tires swapped from my old wheels to my new wheels in about an hour. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. The staff was friendly, professional, and extremely efficient. After a frustrating experience elsewhere (American Tire on Old Seward is the complete opposite of customer service), it was refreshing to deal with a shop that actually delivers on what they promise. Highly recommend Alaska Tire Service if you want it done right and done fast.

I go to Alaska Tire. Not to be confused with American Tire. Been coming here for the past 13 years. They even get me in same day. They keep a steady loyal staff so you build a friendly relationship over the years. I also have a Bridgestone credit card with them that I only use when I go there. It's a great card to have. I've never had any trouble with warranty and they're really good about telling me when my tires are getting low and even ran a free diagnostic to tell me why my tires were squeaking at me. They're conveniently up the street from the area I live in. They keep a clean bathroom, a coffee station, a phone charging station, a TV, a... I go to Alaska Tire.
