My dryer broke had no heat. John came out the same day on time. Fixed the thermostat within maybe 20/30 minutes. Made sure there were no other issues with the dryer. Cleaned out the bottom of the dryer. Very friendly professional. Dryer is fixed. Im very happy. I spoke with one other company prior to speaking with John and to just diagnose the problem it would have cost 50 dollars more. So I highly recommend and will call again when needed.

Doesn’t call or show up.Was suppose to be ordering part for refrigerator and never heard from him again.
Had a deal with John to repair my appliances for a labor rates for my 12 apartments so he did one job for wich he posted the picture without my permission and then next repair trippled the prices on the parts and lied about it .. also the 5 star review is the owner andche responded to himself.. unfortunately not trustworthy
