Our experience was wonderful! Scheduling and communication were a breeze, and they were able to send the tech (Rody) soon after the major blizzard. The issue with our dryer ended up being user error, but Rody did not make us feel like the utter idiots that we were (lol). And he also checked out our exhaust/vent set-up and made a couple of corrections for us to ensure that the dryer works as efficiently as possible. We will definitely be using LC Appliance again in the future!
