LC APPLIANCE SERVICE

Our experience was wonderful! Scheduling and communication were a breeze, and they were able to send the tech (Rody) soon after the major blizzard. The issue with our dryer ended up being user error, but Rody did not make us feel like the utter idiots that we were (lol). And he also checked out our exhaust/vent set-up and made a couple of corrections for us to ensure that the dryer works as efficiently as possible. We will definitely be using LC Appliance again in the future!

When I called and spoke with the scheduling representative, they listened to my issues with complete understanding. They decided to help me even though I was outside of their service zone for a luxury appliance that no one was willing to service. They were able to come to my home within a week of the conversation and fixed everything within 20 minutes of arriving. Lewis was exceptional, cordial & professional. I wish I had their number sooner! The best service in every arena of the home appliance industry I have experienced in my 5 years as a homeowner!
