If your downtown and your phone needs maintenance, please just go here you will thank yourself later. My phone has broken twice over the past few months and both times I went here to get my my phone fixed. The guy who fixes phones is super fast and the prices are reasonable. He even included a free screen protector for me, a really nice touch.
Walked in off the street. Great service and treatment. Helpful and polite. I need a wireless charger and they were able to accommodate me easily. Good pricing and mobile options. I’d drop in again for anything related.
This company will screw you over.
They do not make follow-up phone calls.
They will give you faulty machines. That doesn’t even last 24hours.
Mid-ish December, I brought my computer in to be fixed (it wasn’t turning on). They said they will call me back with a quote. I waited about a week; NO CALLBACK. When I called, they did not look at it. Another week or so passed. Did they call? NO! They said it was either 1 of 2 things, both would cost $149.
I gave them the green light. They said they will call me back. 2+ weeks passed. Did they call? NO! I called. They said it was not what they said it was previously and they will have to buy a refurbished computer and it was going to be $250 I asked for the original price of $149 because they said that is what it’s going to be. The price adjustment would have to be approved by the manager and they will call me back with the answer. I waited a week, and DID NOT GET A CALLBACK. I called and they couldn’t make the price adjustment. I agreed to the price (it’s towards the end of/Late Jan.
*side note* I’m hoping to give my mom the computer back for Valentine’s. (It will have to be mailed so I need it fixed by 7th).
—Christmas and New Years were out the door (my mother was in town and no shipping was needed)
They said they will call when it’s ready for pick up. Did they call? NO! I called a week later and it was not completed. They assured me they will call when it’s finished. I called back another few days later because THEY DID NOT CALL. They said it would be ready 2/12, I said I will pick it up 2/13. I went to pick it up 2/14 and it was at another location. I finally paid for it and picked it up 2/15.
The keyboard on the laptop was in Spanish and a button was missing instead of paying $250, I paid $200+tax=$220 and was given a keyboard to compensate for the language difference. (Reason for ⭐️⭐️ instead of 1).
It seemed to work fine in the shop, but when I got it home to make sure everything was in order, a message popped up “Are you sure you want to shut down your computer?” I clicked “cancel” a few seconds later, the same message popped up. I was not fast enough to select cancel and the computer went dark and tapping the key wouldn’t wake it up. I had to press the power button. After logging in, the same message reappeared and the computer shut down.
I brought the computer into another repair shop. They said the computer had water damage.
I brought the computer back and was asked for a full refund since the computer was not working properly. They refused to give me a full refund and took $100 for the “labor.”
Save yourself the headache of chasing after Air Tech for updates.
Save yourself the headache of the not even having the “fixed” computer for 24 hours without something happening.
