I had an excellent experience working with Sam and the team at Sage Kitchen Cabinetry. Sam managed our shower remodel like a true professional — he was organized, responsive, and kept us updated every step of the way. Before starting the project, Sam took the time to walk us through all of our options, including different waterproofing methods. We decided to go with the Schluter Kerdi Membrane system, slightly more expensive, but totally worth it for the added durability and peace of mind. From there, Sam guided us through every detail: selecting the tile, designing a custom shampoo niche with accent tile, installing a seamless, hidden drain, and finishing it all off with a beautiful, custom frameless glass door. The craftsmanship and attention to detail were impressive. The before-and-after photos speak for themselves. The transformation was amazing, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. I hired Sage to remodel a bathroom in a condo that I own. As such, I was not onsite during the remodel. First, the remodel was by far the most competitive bid that I received and the final product was beyond expectation. It was completed on budget and on time. Perhaps the most impressive thing about this company is the timely and detailed responses I received to all of my text message and phone calls. The personal and professional service throughout the process relieved all stress which usually accompanies construction projects.
