ABSOLUT WORST! I am out $300 and the iPad came back worse than when I dropped it off. I brought my son's ipad in bc the charging port was broken. They apparently "fixed" it and it came back with a loose screen. I took it back twice to have them re-glue it. It was still loose and they screen came off the iPad which caused more damage. I had to pay another $160 to fix the screen even though it was damaged bc they didn't "fix" the iPad the first 2 times. Now there is a screen issue where there is a line across the whole screen. I was told that they would give me a 30 day warranty which is the only reason I paid the $160 in the first place. They said they only do 10 day warranty. LOL. They now want over $200 to fix whatever else they broke. I should have just bought a new iPad. The worst experience ever.
