This is one of the most misleading car wash businesses I’ve encountered. Do not sign up for the monthly wash. If you do, once your car is inside the wash, they turn off all the cleaning equipment—wrap-around brushes, side brushes, top brushes, and mitter curtains—so you only get a basic water rinse, and that's how they make money. When I confronted them, they initially denied it. Video footage from my car cameras clearly proving the brushes were turned off during the wash. Charging customers monthly for a full wash while providing only water rinse is dishonest and unacceptable. Management should be ashamed of these business practices. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
