This is our second time using ACW and as always they're top notch with the best customer service! Our water heater stopped producing hot water and they were out first thing the next day checking it and finding the part we needed. Brian even saved us money by checking for a warranty (this unit was installed before we bought our home so we didn't even know there was one) and finding out that the part was still covered. He also drove to pick up the part and have it here same day! They fixed the issue, made sure everything was up to code, and had us up and running in a few hours! They also made sure to explain all the work they did and what maintenence we need to keep the tank running smoothly. As first time homeowners we appreciate all the information they gave us!
