This was my first time using Endurance Chimney Sweeps for a chimney cleaning, and I didn’t know much about chimneys or how to take care of them. When I called, the person I spoke with was welcoming and helpful in answering all my questions. Grant, the technician who came out to our home in Alexandria, was very knowledgeable and explained everything about the inspection and sweeping process in simple terms. He also gave some helpful suggestions for repairs that made sense for our fireplace. I’ll definitely call them again when I need chimney work.
