Buyer beware. This company does not manufacture or even stock buildings, as advertised. There were numerous issues with this purchase, after money was provided. First, the point of contact was too busy (taking time off, failing to follow through with information, documents, changes, modifications made by the company, not the buyer) to provide final construction plans as well as changing building manufacturers. Their word, absolutely useless, concerning fixing any misunderstandings was always a blame game on someone else within the company. If and when I was able to contact my “assigned project manager” problems were not resolved. As a whole, this company is either completely fraudulent or clueless within the industry. Take the time to find a trustworthy company before investing in a building.

I don’t like to write bad reviews but since this is recent and I still have the emotions veering from the phone call I’ll write it for future buyers. The current sales person we spoke with was very unprofessional, pushy and condescending. I tried to be polite and kept it together. However the way he addressed simple things and the tone of it felt more like I was having to constantly justify why I was making the decisions I was making in our buying process. “This is a deal and you won’t find a better price, what quotes have you been getting?” proceeds to get bothered when I’ve mentioned I’ve gotten lower quotes or quotes around that ballpark. Honestly I rather pay more for a steel structure than to buy at a lesser price from such a pushy and rude sales person. He got bothered when I mentioned we were in the quote process and getting bids still and that before committing to anything I’d still have to run it by other people involved etc. he would not email me formal information about the structure on inventory. As in details that are relevant to purchasing, yet wanted me to commit over the phone. Whereas other sellers have had no issues sending quotes over email detailing structure and down to the smallest penny. In our whole shopping situation this company has been by far the rudest/pushiest to get a quote from. Finally - I blocked the number. I don’t care if they have the most amazing ground breaking, cheapest steel structures - I feel so vexed after the call that I am more confident about moving forward with someone else. Hope this helps.
