I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Robert and Rainer from AC Plus Heating and Cooling Company. They came to our home today to repair HVAC system, and we were very impressed with their service. They were highly professional and polite. Before arriving, Robert called to let us know they were on their way, which we greatly appreciated. Once they arrived, they quickly and efficiently repaired our heating system — something that was especially important for my family on this cold day. Robert and Rainer took the time to clearly explain everything related to the repair process and were very attentive to our needs. Although our HVAC system was installed by another company three years ago, we have decided that AC Plus Heating and Cooling will be our preferred company in the future.
