I just want to say this is like a scanning. They saying apply for 4 Air conditioner. They’re only give us 3. When the Con Edison come to check I told only 3. Not 4. So they called us for money. In beginning . When the lady told Us They can apply for free we don’t need to pay anything. If we are low income. I’m they tell us guarantee 10 years. We just put it on Not even two months The air conditioner, not cold at all. Only hot air . We call them back to come back, fix it. They never come back.

The appliances are good quality. Their price is very competitive. The installation service is great. Highly recommend.

AC Appliances center is really great, I was struggling find a good retailer and install contractor for a government fund heat pump dryer program. After several failures and being ignored I contacted with AC Appliances Center, the manager replied me really quickly and gave me a "yes". AC appliance has many stores located in the city, they also service Long island I live. After I connected they, they came to install a brand new dryer the next weekend! There are two very knowledgeable technicians came and worked on my panel upgrade and route a new dryer outlet for my very old house. AC appliance did a really good job, I will recommend them for any home appliances installation.
