An amazing store! The nicest employee I’ve ever met. I had a uhaul accident which led me to them as being the closest uhaul dealer. Mark, the owner is great guy and took real good care of me!!! Aaron was also a big factor. Did way more for me than I was expecting. This shop made everything so easy and pleasant during a real bad time for me. Couldn’t be any more great full I had the pleasure of being led to their store of the assistance I was in need for

The guys that do the repairs in the back are great, but the owner is very rude and seems to enjoy arguing, but hates being proved wrong. I went in to order some small parts for my z-turn mower, with my model #, told him that it took dual parts, and he proceeded to let me know there was no such thing for that model...until he checked the book that's behind the counter...then he became even more out of sorts. I get the feeling that he has issues with women, like barefoot, pregnant and in the kitchen is our place. I've also heard him talk down to the older ladies that work there and I no longer go anyplace in Abilene for yard equipment repairs or parts, unless buying belts from Stout.
