What great service for both vacuums and sewing machines. I love both vacuums I purchased from them and the sales team took such care in meeting my needs. I hope the repair guy lives on to keep doing the great job he does. I love that he uses parts he has verses charging full price for new parts. Thanks for everything you guys, I'm a big fan! Even when you were moving across the parking lot you were so kind and helpful. Any sales person could learn so much from you with you customer driven helpfulness, no pressure kindness and your repair guy doing what he can to help in a timely fashion.

It sure was nice being able to stop in and talk to people that were knowledgeable in vacuums. We were able to pick up a couple belts! We now plan on bringing in our old super good vacuum for a bearing repair!
