AA Stone

Such nice people to deal with-until something goes wrong. They were awesome about removing old granite and installing new quartz in the same day so there would be no kitchen downtime. Unfortunately the measurements were short on both sides of my counter where the slide in range goes, resulting in the cooktop cracking. They tried to make it up by reinstalling one side of the counter but that left a bigger gap next to a wall. Fortunately my induction cooktop has an overlap that covers the 1/2 inch deficit on each side of the range but u will never be able to replace it with another range until I also replace the countertop. They should have given me a new section of quartz but instead stopped returning calls.

I have to say after looking and looking for a piece of mind and a smooth process we were referred to Double AA. Meeting with Alixon and telling her what we wanted she made the process so easy for us. Alan came to measure and very pleasant and even added his suggestions and was so glad he did because our new countertop is even better than we imagined. The installers took their time and made sure we were happy with our new Taj Mahal quartzite countertops. Our overall experience was stressfree once we walked through their doors. Great staff and would recommend them to all that are looking for any type of stone.. Thank you Double AA staff. Almost forgot to mention in less than 2 weeks we had our counters installed. And the first couple of them days it was us making a decision on what stone we wanted after seeing so many beautiful stones. Once we picked our stone it was picked up cut and installed in a week.
