Went in to sign up for a boost line with my own phone, unlocked. Boosts imei checker told me my phone was fine, went in and these guys tell me I owe money on my phone and they can't activate it. My phone Is paid off, unlocked, and I've owned it for over a year now. Staff here is completely ignorant on a social, and technological level.
Horrible service, expensive prices on mediocre phones. 350 for an iPhone 8 when an XR is better performance and relatively the same price. These guys don't know much about their jobs, or technology for that matter.
The service is excellent and the guys in the store really friendly ....I would love to visit them again

This store is in a Gas Station, but do not let that fool you. They have 5 other locations all over Connecticut! I pay my Simple Mobile bill here every month and I have to say I will never go anywhere else. The variety of Samsung and LG phones these guys have is awesome!
