Highly recommend! We first used Xavier last year to redo our stairs and bathroom. Not only did it come out great, he was consistently reliable and communicative. More recently, we trusted him to paint our kitchen cabinets and restain our island. Him and his team were clean, reliable and eager to do a good job. Because of the type of wood our island is, it was difficult to get the stain color we wanted - he worked overtime in trying to get it right - giving us different options and problem solving with different techniques - all with a positive attitude! We LOVE how it came out. It's also worth noting that he is very knowledgeable about a variety of things - they were also able to fix our stove vent on the island and does electrical work. They added sconces to my childrens room and pendant lights above the island.

We hired Javier to renovate a full bathroom and a powder room. He also built two bookcases surrounding the fireplace, made a sliding wooden door for my bedroom, installed flooring throughout the entire apartment, painted my kitchen cabinets and had large slabs of quartz installed as backsplash. He completes all work in a timely manner and cleans up everything. Based on my experience with him I intend to hire him again next year for some extra work required. I highly recommend him.
