Responsive and knowledgeable are the first words that come to mind. When I recently requested Gary solve my printer problems, Gary found a convenient time the same day to make a house call. When I realized that I would be late getting home at the time we had arranged, he accomodated my changed time schedule without complaint. This was not the first time that Gary has come to our rescue with expertice and patience. He knows how to solve problems and has given extra advice on tips and tricks to enhance our computer experiences. He has been our go-to computer specialist for a few years and we have been very pleased with his abilities and professionalism. I highly reccomend Gary for his knowledge, and expertise.
