Sam was a great communicator. Told me exactly what was wrong, how long to fix, how much, etc. he delivered me my laptop fully working in about 30 minutes! And he gave me some great info on the health of my laptop as well. Has a repeat customer w me :)

Great customer service. My phone screen was cracked really bad and I couldn't really use my phone. They ordered the parts, kept me informed of when they arrived and fixed the phone in about 30 minutes. I'm back in business.
