Remove chinney below roof line and roof over chimney- Garbage owner, did a horrible job on my chimney remodel( instead of roofing over the chinney they flashed it with sheet metal and now leakes in the house becaue it collects water) , so i call the city to get an inspection since it didnt seem right and was told they never pulled a permit for construction did it under a roofing permit and I can't get my chimney inspected since it was never permitted to do the job. Wendell the owner put a lien on my house and wanted me to take him to court since i wouldnt pay for a job that was never finished. Once I started the process he realized I couldn't be bullied and backed off, apologized, told me I didn't owe anymore money and we would go our separate ways. Knowing for a fact if he went to court he would have to legally explain they do poor construction work without permits under the guise of a roofing permit because the work they do is not to code. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Wendell the owner is the worst one and the team he has built around him have the same "let's cut corners and screw over owners" qualities.

We had roofs replaced in November and they did a GREAT job on all of them. The shed was a mess and now looks wonderful. All of them match and I am so happy we chose Parker Brother's Roofing. I had made other calls but the other companies didn't speak to me with respect or take the time to explain things. I asked they be extra careful picking up nails because if my dogs and I didn't find any in the yard. They listened to everything I said. The whole job went great on my side.
