I’ve been impressed with LawnStarter’s ease of use and customer service. Scheduling service is quick and easy, and on the couple of occasions it hasn’t been performed to my liking, I’ve been able to connect with my service ‘pros’ for no-charge follow-up service. My latest pro, Veronica, has been excellent.
I signed up on the Lawn Starter website on a Wednesday I believe. I didn’t have to talk to anyone they just matched me with a company in my area. The prices were reasonable and the service ended up being very quick. I was expecting to have to wait a week or more but once I had a company assigned they came out the next morning and took care of everything. Lawn looks great and they also quoted me for the trees I needed trimmed. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for lawn care or lawn services of any kind really.
Always does a solid job when they arrive. Takes care of the front and back of home. Does an excellent job edging the entire area.
