They lined the drain lines of a 1960s ranch home that’s been in the family since 1961. Thanks for saving my drain pipe, bringing me up to date with a smoothly lined drain underneath my basement slab. Guys were super nice, knowledgeable, hard working. Very nice experience.
Chris from Septic Designs of NH was quite possibly the best person to deliver some pretty rough news about the state of my septic system. He was unbelievably informative and educational, walking me through every step of the system, explaining functions of parts, their condition, and potential reasons and fixes for everything. It was like a miniature, condensed, efficient, master-level lecture in septic systems from an extremely experienced professor. He laid out all the options and gave great recommendations. We will be having to take some steps in the near future due to the state of our system and will be using Septic Designs of NH (hopefully we get Chris again!) because of the level of service we received.
They were great doing their job. Very friendly and professional. Jayson gave me alot of advices and recommendations for placement. Those two went above and beyond giving me their advices. Great guys to have them do the work and the job. I truly trust them. I would recommend them to others. They love donuts. When you contract them out..... bring donut. Thx guys. Great work
Working with NH Septic Design was great. I explained my plans and goals and they immediately began working on it and I felt like I mattered as their client which is important. Their communication was efficient as well. I would use them again based off this experience
