We had an outstanding experience with Brianna after sitting on the plane for 3 hours and then the flight being cancelled, we assisted our family in such a friendly & compassionate manner. She made the frustrating experience much more manageable. I truly hope she is recognized for her outstanding service and going above & beyond.
