I left a message with A&G for chimney cleaning and Adam called immediately to tell me he’d be at my house the next morning. He arrived right on time and did a great job. The fireplace looks terrific and the glass doors are perfectly clean. His fee was very reasonable…less than the previous company. This was my first time with this company and I’m glad I found them. A&J is now my go-to for anything fireplace/pellet stove related!
Adam showed up on time, was thorough, professional and hard working to completely clean and service our pellet stove. He covered the carpet while he worked and cleaned up after he was finished. Next year I will call him during the slow season to help spread out his work load. I highly recommend A & J Chimney Service.
Poor communication. Had to call him day of appointment to confirm he would be out. He did not show by end of appointed time frame, nor did he call to let us know when he would arrive. Lost a whole day waiting and would not recommend.
Adam worked for the local Ace hardware for several years and then branched off onto his own. He is very professional and knowledgeable and priced below his competitors. We have a very high roof, and an unusual pitch to the roof & so in the 18 years we've been using this wood stove, most chimney sweep guys refuse to go on my roof and inspect the chimney. But I didn't even have to ask, Adam was already planning to check everything out thoroughly when he got here So thankful to have him in Payson: )
