Josh is amazing! Truly all the staff at this location is awesome and goes above and beyond every time to make sure the customer is taken care of, but I have to give an extra special shout out to Josh. He is magical with a two-stroke engine and is kind and intelligent and capable. An amazing combination this day and age. Great job recognizing this valuable asset Ace Hardware!

Very nice store, very friendly staff. Great location and selection. Large paint shop, plenty of chain saws and garden tools.

Tried charging $4, then $8 to “install” a battery they insisted on doing for me. Went in to buy a battery for my car’s key fob. They took the key fob from me, went online to watch a video to change it for me. I was in a rush. So, I asked if I could watch the video while he grabbed the battery. I watched the video, opened the fob, and just as I was taking the battery out he grabbed it from me and insisted on doing it for me. Then I grabbed it back and closed the fob. I had an excellent experience at the Village Ace Hardware. I am new to the Village, and will be residing here in Sedona permanently. As a global leader in women's empowerment, this is exactly the community excellence that I love to see. I was very pleased to experience the utmost kindness, respect, and support when I brought in my broken car key. The gentleman at the key kiosk was super helpful and patient, and I felt very safe. He deserves a raise. Experiences such as the one I had help to make Planet Earth a better place. I am very grateful for the positive experience and for the lovely people in this store!

We bought a wind spinner last year when we were in Sedona. We saw their display out in the street and we were sold. My heart sank when we returned this year and didn’t see the display, but we’re so happy when we stopped anyways and they had them in the back now. This store has so much more then you think. I took pics of the things you may not think you would find in a hardware store. The customer service is out of this world awesome. Sooooo friendly. When they didn’t have the one we wanted, they called another ace hardware and found it for us. We ended up buying another one from them too. Thank you for your awesome customer service and friend...
