Steve arrived 45 minutes after I called and it is Labor Day. The guy knows his trade and is an absolute pleasure to know. I was passing through town and somehow got the airflow blocked from the freezer to the refrigerator. I dont usually post reviews but he only had 2 and deserves many more. Thanks Steve!
2 days later. Freezer freezes and refrigerator had cold cold drinks. π
Great experience with this business. The owner repaired my Kenmore dishwasher. He diagnosed the problem right away, ordered what was needed and fixed it at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend him.
A really wonderful experience! Steve is very kind and knowledgeable. We had an RV AC breakdown and he was able to see us the next day. He came to our campsite and provided thorough mobile service! He called ahead and said he could come early!! Great communication, it seems he always answers his phone and he responds quickly. Here is where I feel a bit guilty... Somehow Steve had our AC motor and associated parts on hand. He hadn't even seen the unit and he magically knew what we needed! He cleaned our AC coils, replaced the motor and capacitor and had us back to comfort for the evening. It works so much better!! All this with a house call of $350 out the door. Most places in Tucson charge $100-150 to come to your RV, the parts would have cost us at least $175 bucks with tax (and we would have been uncomfortable for days waiting for delivery) and he spent 6 hours here being meticulous. Steve is a kindly older gentleman so he does work a slight bit slower but faster isn't always better. So I feel a bit guilty that he only charged $350 but I also really appreciate it because we are not ritzy RVers with a ton of cash to blow (1989 Jamboree Ralley here that needs a lot of help).
