I had a pair of boots with the heel worn down. I took them here and he was very courteous and made a few suggestions on what to do to repair the boots. When I picked them up I was very happy with the work and they looked like new boots

I took in a leather coat with some small tears and was told they could be glued. I went to pick it up a day after I was told it would be ready. It wasn’t done. I went back a week later, paid $20 and took it home. Upon inspection, several of the tears hadn’t even been touched. I took it to another cobbler who fixed it perfectly for a third of the price while I waited. I will never go back to this place. Shoddy work at high prices. UPDATE 1/31/18. I received a call from the owner because of this poor review. I explained why I was dissatisfied and he apologized and offered to refund my money. I appreciate that and because of it, changed my review to 3 stars. While still not satisfied with the work that was done on my jacket, this owner is obviously concerned about his business image and it’s possible this was a one-time mistake.

Best shoe repair. If you have Birkenstock’s that need repair this is the place to go. The repairs are less expensive than buying new legitimate Birkenstock’s.

Best shop around. Friendly service and i even got a call that my shoes were done early! I had told him i was in a bit of a rush, he said not to worry he'd have them done in 2 days! And man they were sad looking shoes. Next day i get a call and there done! I've never seen my skies so clean, and no more rocky heel!

Would never do business with them again and strongly recommend against them! Let me put it this way: 1. They are expensive 2. Would not be a problem, but was promised to get my shoes on saturday, came in fallowing tuesday - guess what!: - was not ready yet!! 3. Guy did my shoes in a rush while I was being made to wait extra... 4. Guy was kinda pushy to pay full amount up front which I had no problem with... if they just did their job well.....
