FAIRCREST DOOR

I found out this morning when I attempted to put my garage door up that a spring was broken. My daughter-in-law was coming later in the morning to borrow my car, but I was unable to open the door manually, so I gave Faircrest Door a call and within just a couple of hours (I believe they re-arranged their schedule to get to me sooner) Mr. Nathan came out and replaced both of my springs. Nathan had been here about 6 months ago to replace my opener and on both occasions he was very professional and personable. I would highly recommend Faircrest Door!

I contacted Faircrest Door after moving into our new house and noticing the existing garage doors were pulling away from the framing, and one wouldn’t open at all. I was able to communicate the problem via phone to Amanda, who advised that my garage doors were an older style using springs which were potentially dangerous should the springs let loose. She sent an employee out to visually inspect the doors, at which point the recommendation was made to replace them. The entire team at Faircrest handled our situation very efficiently, showing up within days of our new doors being delivered to install both doors and all new hardware / openers. The installation was quick, handled by one gentlemen who I couldn’t even tell was there while I worked from home inside. Very minimal effort on my part was needed throughout this entire process, and my doors now open and close just as expected. I would highly recommend Faircrest Door to anyone in need of garage door repair, service, or replacement!
