My experience with A-Budget started out great. One of the burners on my electric cook top wasn't working so I called and they showed up the following day. Unfortunately, that was the only positive. Upon arrival he diagnosed that I needed a new burner switch and gave me a quote. He also asked that I pay in full and in advance, which I did. I was quoted a few days for him to get the part and come back to install it, but it actually took over 2 weeks. I called a few times and got no answer or response. He eventually called back and came to do the install, but it turned out that he had misdiagnosed the issue and I actually needed the burner element replaced. Again, he mention6that he would order the part and reach out to me to schedule the install. 3 more weeks went by with no communication so I began calling regularly. He called me back and mentioned that he didn't have the part yet and he would let me know. I never heard from him again. Eventually I just ordered the part myself and had the stove fixed in about 5 minutes. I paid this guy $200 and he basically disappeared. I even gave a heads up that I would be reviewing if he didn't contact me about a refund and still nothing. It was a 7 week waste of my time and money.
