My experience with Kanga Roof was extremely positive, from the time I called to make the appointment until I got the work done. Steve who came out to assess the leak and later did the work was knowledgeable and able to describe the problem in a skilled manner. The price was very fair and I am so happy to have the problem resolved. I never had a roof problem before and it was such a relief to meet a professional like Steve who was so kind and honest. I highly recommend Kanga Roof!
We had such a wonderful experience with Kanga Roof and cannot recommend them enough!! Everyone we spoke with was courteous and helpful. Our roof was leaking and they were very quick to send someone out for a consultation. We worked very closely with Greg (from start to finish which was very nice) and he was so kind, informative, and extremely considerate! When Greg came out for the consultation he took pictures of the issues, presented us with our options, and gave his recommendations - we never felt pressured or rushed to make a decision. We have a five month old baby and Greg was very considerate about what time of day he would reach out and would always text us when he was on his way. He was very easy to talk to and made us feel comfortable and well cared for. Greg even sent update photos while working on the roof so we could see what the issues were and the progress the team was making. He also explained what they did and why. I cannot speak highly enough of Greg and the Kanga Roof team! You will not regret working with them.
Nick, Tony, Fabian and their crew did such an amazing job on my roof today! They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the work they were doing and they cleaned up after themselves very well once the job was complete! I am so impressed and amazed by their work and will definitely be calling them again for more work! Thank you all for all your hard work in making this happen for me!
