Evgeniy and his coworker did a really great job! Original windows from 1987 and are huge, over time we weren't able to open them, for years. Having the windows replaced in Feb, in Pa wasn't ideal at all but it made sense financially due to Lowes sale. I had huge concerns about a gap around the windows and these are big windows, however the concerns were addressed and the installation was swift by 2 hard working guys who were neat, cleaned up as they went, needed nothing despite frequent checking. I have opened my beautiful windows only a few times and look forward to better weather to take advantage of them. Seamless window operation. Cleaned work area. Interior and exterior surround of window was finished well. Interior caulk repair was completed, unexpected but completed and done really well. I would highly recommend Evgeniy/coworker. The concerns I had were addressed, by the company and could have been handled differently, nuff said, I have no experience in window replacement and ask a million questions, and to not be able to communicate effectively was a negative....but the effort and end result of quality craftsmanship provided by actual workers ON SITE made this a positive experience and when I can afford phase 2, I have no hesitation to call Evgeniy for the other 6 windows needed, they did a FANTASTIC JOB!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!

Due to the extreme cold weather, I decided to reschedule a few times until the temperatures were more manageable. Throughout the whole process, the crew was incredibly accommodating and kind, which made the wait much easier. When Max and Vlad arrived for the installation, Max called ahead to let me know they were on their way, and they arrived right on time. They worked efficiently and got right to it. I had a lot of windows (21, to be exact), and they handled each one with care and attention to detail. I was particularly particular about the caulking, and Max answered all of my questions with patience and grace. It really felt like they treated my home with the same respect they would their own. There were a few unexpected challenges, as you might expect with any project, but they tackled each one with such resourcefulness and efficiency. I had full confidence in their abilities, and the end result exceeded my expectations. The basement windows, in particular, were a concern for me — they were old and a bit rickety, and I was worried about the potential for things to go wrong during the tear-out. But Max and Vlad handled everything seamlessly. The area now looks like a brand-new build, not like it came from a 50-year-old house! I have to say, Lowe's has definitely chosen great installers, and I’ll absolutely be coming back as I continue to renovate my home. A huge thank you to Max and Vlad for making this such a positive experience!
