Horrible service! They showed up an hour after the 4-hour window I was given back in June. He walked in and just put a cup of water in microwave to see if it worked and said it would need to be replaced. He said I would get a call and left after 3 minutes. I emailed and left messages many times and no one responded. They closed the job incident number as though it had been fixed and never heard from them and it is now September. I cannot believe warranty insurance only uses them locally, I would not recommend this place to anyone!
Contacted for my broken dishwasher. They came and did the diagnosis. I paid them for diag, hired them and filed claim with insurance for payment of repair. Its been weeks, they haven't contacted the insurance for their end of the claim. Ive made calls to them to get the repairs done and they either make excuses or dont return calls. If they didn't want the job, all they had to do was say so and i could have hired someone else.
My biggest concern was the very poor communication. I was initially told I would be emailed invoice for repair costs and then a final statement. I should have known that when i received neither i was headed down the wrong road. They billed my credit card for labor and parts upfront. The refrigerator continued to have problems. I was told by very nice repair man to call the office for additional parts quotes. I must have called 10-15 times and left messages. I have yet to have a quote and refrigerator still exhibits original service concern. It seems like they just dont want to be bothered. If it was going to cost more to fix than a new...
