I called several local electricians and Pedro from 3C was the only one who returned my call. I hired him to install a new panel box and out hook up my generator. The job was complete within days of my original call. I'm super happy with the work. He didn't use the plain old grey panel box, it's higher quality and has a nice coating on it. His pricing is more than reasonable and he got the job done quickly. He came back to my house a few months later to help me out with some motion lights and did even charge me. From now on I'm only using 3C for any electrical work at my house.

This business is not professional. Perhaps if you are of the same culture the Contactor might take you seriously. This man does not return phone calls and at one time he caught an attitude with me before realizing I’m a customer. What a waste of time chasing a contractor who continued to dismiss me when I asked for a written quote on a house I’m expected to close on early next month. Not only that, I sent him the full inspection report so he’d have an idea of what to quote me. Every time I called Carlos he genuinely had no idea what I was talking about regarding my quote, and I can only interrupt his professionalism as “he never cared to help me from the beginning. He lied and said he would send me numbers to other contractors. I never received anything. All together the service was TRASH. Makes me not even want to move to hartford ct next month if the people have this type of attitude towards business and professionalism. If you are serious about getting work done, I WOULDN'T WASTE TIME CONTACTING 3C

Carlos and his team are excellent! Not only are they hard working skilled electricians; they are also true gentlemen. Fair, trustworthy, neat and polite. We hired them to upgrade our service from 100 to 200amp, a major project considering the complicated existing wiring in our home. They also did a number of small fixes like changing light switches. Big or small electrical work, they do it all. True professionals that know exactly what they are doing. They are the only electricians that I will hire!
