DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME TO GO TO THIS MAN!!! DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN!!!!! RUN FOR YOUR LIFE!!!!! The only reason he got one star I because there was no option to give him zero stars. I brought a working TV to him. The only issue with the TV was that the remote control wasn't connecting to the TV. However i could use a roku remote app on my phone with the tv and it works perfectly but i thought it would have been an easy fix for him. Lets just say he ruined everything else then he blames it on the manufacturer. He's had my tv and remote for almost 3 months. What he's going to do is repair it and sell it. He is a fraud!!!!!! He has terrible customer service. He doesn't follow up on his promises to call you back. When i call him, there's always an excuse as to why he need to call you back but he doesn't call back. This place of business is a hot mess which matches his mental space. He is incompetent, unprofessional, unfair, and fraudulent. Do not waste your time and hard earned money with this man. This place need to shut down.

Hired him to repair a $500 TV. He charged $300 in "travel cost." He replaced the motherboard which was not the problem. He later said the TV may need a new panel and never tried to fix it after that. He charges travel cost to avoid being held liable for parts and labor. He was quick to blame the manufacturer and refused to give me a refund since he did NOT repair the TV. Do not recommend!!

Steve took 4 months and $250 to fix my television. I got it home and it worked for 15 minutes. In the end my television never got fixed and I never got a refund. I think it's worth mentioning that he pretended to give me a refund to get me to leave his shop and then charged my card a second time. I should have researched this shop more. The proprietor is pretty shady.
