My Samsung TV(less than 1 year old)went dead on Friday. Called Samsung and since my TV is still under their warranty, they sent the repair order to 2112 Electronics. I called them immediately, Joel had already ordered the part, which was a new power box. Joel arrived early Monday morning, took 5 minutes .. Done! Highly recommend this company!
Amazing service! Highly recommend! We'll use them again. Our Samsung TV that is only a couple of months old quit working. They provided service for the warranty. They kept us informed about the timeline and parts delivery. And, they came out on a SUNDAY to Vail, CO to fix it when the parts arrived. They fixed it quickly while explaining every step of the process to us. We'll use them again if/when the TV needs service again.
Joel was an absolute delight to work with! He was easy to contact and finished our family tv in less than a week. I was very concerned about getting my tv fixed being on maternity leave and not being able to afford a new tv. He was so kind and did everything he could to make the process easy for our family. It is so amazing to experience simple human kindness in small businesses. Thank you Joel!
