Right off they lost points!! They claim they are 24 hour, but charge you a $200.00 after hours fee‼️🤷‍♀️ The guys that came to my house to fix my frozen well were very nice and very quick in getting the job done though!! It was just a little bit pricey; especially for a single, disabled woman.🤦‍♀️

I purchased a recirc pump for my tankless water heater and was needing a plumber for the install. After reading the positive reviews for 1-Tom-Plumber I gave them a call. To my surprise, they were able to send out Anthony within an hour of my request. Anthony was extremely professional and polite. Explained everything he needed to do and then quoted a very fair price. Recirc pump was installed under the sink neatly with no leaks!! Do not be concerned about hiring the pro's at 1-Tom-Plumber. I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs. Our plumbing was done throughout our home at a very reasonable price. Shawn (the owner) was very helpful and his team did their job. I would recommend them if you need plumbing work done to your home.

We run a short-term rental at Jax Beach. Our guest arrived around 1:30 p.m. and reported that the downstairs toilet flooded whenever the upstairs toilet was flushed, creating a risk of flooding the bathroom and living room. Most plumbing companies couldn’t come out until the next day or later. Tom Plumbing came through. Shawn’s secretary, Maureen, quickly dispatched a technician around 3:45 p.m. Despite rush-hour traffic, the technician arrived, identified a blocked drain, and fixed the issue promptly—before the guest returned. Our guest was very happy with the quick response. This is my first review, and I highly recommend Tom Plumbing. I will gladly refer them to anyone I know.
