I had a very upsetting experience with this company. While working from home, I received a notification from my security camera showing two unknown men connecting a hose to my water outlet without my knowledge or permission. When I went outside to confront them, they stated that they were working on a water issue in another unit and chose to use my water supply because it was “easier to access.” I don’t understand why they thought it was appropriate to come up to my unit instead of using the water of the unit they claim to be fixing a problem for. At no point did they attempt to knock on my door, ask for permission, or notify me beforehand. This behavior is highly unprofessional and a serious invasion of privacy. Not only did they access my private property without consent, but they stole water that I am personally responsible for paying for. This situation raises major concerns about professionalism and respect for residents’ property. I encourage others to be aware and monitor their property closely if this company is performing work in the area.
