Bert Norman's Plumbing

We have a home warranty for our house. Had a broken pipe in our master bathroom, that was not fixed properly. Needless to say, it burst, and we were without water. The home warranty folks could not get someone here before Wednesday. After looking online, we came across Bert Norman's Plumbing. THEY WERE HERE WITHIN A HALF HOUR! The young lady on the phone (maybe Megan???) was very courteous! Steven looked at the issue and fixed it very quickly. He was extremely professional and polite. Talked to us about the tankless water heater annual service...which we plan on getting. Thank you so much to Bert Norman's!

I can not say enough positive about this company! And our experience with them in particular the young man who put our pump in. He was amazing polight and hard working. From day he installed the pump to yesterday as he had to come back and fix a minor problem im sure due to land around house with weather. He was absolutely the best I so wish I remembered his name to give him props for his service in particular... but this plumbing service and or company is quality and 💯 Absolutely amazing A to Z start to finish & with call backs ... recommend 💯 Thanks The Futch & Owens Families
