Excellent service. Prompt, easy communication, and Patrick took care of my dishwasher problem quickly. Also gave me good tips for maintaining my Bosch. Will use again and recommend.

I have a Thermador service plan for my wall oven, and they referred me to Towson Appliance. Towson called me and scheduled an appointment. HOWEVER, the person who called suggested I first try turning the circuit breaker off and on. That solved my problem! Towson Applaince could have come out and done the same things, but they saved me that small fee I would have paid and gained a happy customer!!

Our warranty company had us use Towson Appliance when our washer broke. They came out right away, got approval from the insurance comany and parts quickly. Rick got us up and running again. We're a big family with a lot of laundry. I so thankful they were able to take care of us so quickly.

We were required to use Towson Appliance for our washers warranty. The customer service staff were helpful and friendly. The service technician was prompt and thorough. The only issue was that they were booked out a week because they are so busy.

Ron from Towson Appliance came to repair Thermador Fridge. There were two issues. (1) Freezer door was not closing properly (2) Fridge was not cooling but I can see that the cooling coils were frosting well. Ron spent quite some time diagnosing the door. He took only a few minutes to diagnose the fan motor needs replacement. He called back the next day suggesting replacing hinges for the door and replacing fan motor. He quoted us parts+installation cost to replace hinges was 840$ and fan motor 700$. This was in addition to 150$ we paid for diagnosis. After debating a lot whether to purchase a new fridge or repair, I decided to give it a try fixing the door myself. I opened all the screws in the hinges and re-alligned the door. That fixed the problem right away. Since I knew fan motor needs to be replaced, I simply ordered the part and replaced the fan motor by myself as well. Hopefully the fridge will work as expected. Given that every appliance is different and there are various ways to diagnose the problem, it is hard for me to comment on expertise level of Towson. I am glad that I was able to solve the problem. Ron, and the lady who scheduled the service appointment were helpful and professional. They answered all of my call and never rushed any of the conversation.

Took 250.00 for a part. Brought me a broken part and said they would bring a new part that wasn’t broken and never heard from them again after multiple calls. They are thieves. They stole from me. Taking 250.00 and not delivering the part or refunding is theft. Stay away. They are so bad they had to change the name of the company to hide from all the bad reviews.

Did not diagnose my washine machine accurately. No custmer servuce. The tech stated nothing was wrong with my machine after accessing the macine for leakage problem that was reported during washing. Was told to proceded to washing as no issue was detected. Washing was proceded.Less than 2hrs after he left my floor was flood with water from the machine. Same problem I reported. Called Towson Appliance to report the issue and the response was "you can get a second opinion or wait another week for another appointment." I repeated the service tech just left and the issue remains the same. I am standing in a pool of water. Their response was the same, with the added. "We cant tell you what to do. What is your decision. I sad ok and went for second opionion. Sat down to write this review.

***THEY DO NOT WARRANTY THEIR WORK*** They came out to fix my ice maker. Rick also identified that the unit was not going into its defrost cycle and had to defrost the ice build up in the unit. This turned into an expensive repair when we were told that we needed to replace the two computer boards in our unit. The ice maker worked for one week before it stopped working again, and not the unit is again not going into the defrost cycle. Called Towson Appliance and they do not warranty their work. They wanted to charge me a new diagnostic fee!!! I understand stand if I would have to pay for additional parts if needed, but I should not have to pay a new diagnostic fee when the original reason they were called has not been resolved. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

Run! Don't walk in the other direction from this company! The woman who answers the phone is consistently rude and condescending. They will send their technician who smells like a pack of cigarettes to your home and this is his diagnosis: "oh, you're going to be dead in the water for a while." What? What does that even mean? The company will not call you back to tell you what's actually wrong with your appliance. They will take weeks to "fix" it and then you'll find out shortly thereafter that it was faulty work. They will argue with you about the second repair and take weeks to fix that one as well. Please, save yourself the time and trouble - find a different company.
