Unity Appliance Repair Service

Based on the reviews posted here recently, our experience is nothing different. 5 trips and 5 months to fix our dishwasher. Always an excuse as to how the warranty company was to blame for wrong or broken part ordered. Then, doesn't even secure it back in because "it wasn't secured in to begin with". Factually inaccurate. He unscrewed it the first time he was there. Did not screw it back in after the first four trips. Terrible. NEVER AGAIN - cancelling my home warranty ONLY BECAUSE of their terrible service.

We were required to use Towson Appliance for our washers warranty. The customer service staff were helpful and friendly. The service technician was prompt and thorough. The only issue was that they were booked out a week because they are so busy.

agreed to a pricey oven repair last year. specifically asked for warranty period and was told one year. after 11.5 months, the problem returned and i was told their warranty is only for 90 days. Very dishonest. will never use them again.

On time, knowledgeable service. Fixed an installation problem that the Lowes designated installer made. Quick, efficient and no fuss.

Our warranty company had us use Towson Appliance when our washer broke. They came out right away, got approval from the insurance comany and parts quickly. Rick got us up and running again. We're a big family with a lot of laundry. I so thankful they were able to take care of us so quickly.

Came for a washer repair on Friday. Said they would call on Monday never did. I called them today about the parts, they said they were discontinued but never bothered to call. I called Samsung and they are shipping me the parts overnight. Use Landers Appliance from now on they told me what to do!!

The lady that answers the phones there was completely rude and very dismissive. Not very good customer service.

Didn’t show up for a scheduled appointment and didn’t call. Scheduled an appointment for Saturday and got an 8-hour window. Not a big deal, except they didn’t ever show up. I called twice and got no answer and no call back. Would not recommend.
