Thank you for repairing my refrigerator. High-quality and fast service. I recommend it!
Great experience working with Super Appliance Repair. Good communication, fair prices, and quick service and timeline. Recommend and would use their service again!
On Wednesday around 3 p.m., my KitchenAid refrigerator light went out and the temperature rose from the set 40° to 46°. I found this company through Google Reviews and called. Al answered and said he could arrive within 35–40 minutes, but he got here even sooner. After inspecting the refrigerator, he quickly identified the issue: the unit needed routine maintenance. He explained that vacuuming under the refrigerator yearly helps the compressor get proper airflow and prevents overheating. His service fee was very reasonable, and he showed us how to vacuum the area ourselves. The light bulbs had simply burned out at the same time, and he provided information on replacing them. We appreciated his fast response and the peace of mind knowing our food wouldn’t spoil. Highly recommend!
Al had amazing organization and follow up. Came on site and resolved our dryer issue quickly and professionally. Will definitely be using his services in the future.
Big Al did a great job fixing my LG washing machine. Even though a part had to be ordered it was all finished early the next day. He was very knowledgeable and communicative. I paid a lot less than I would've had to pay LG to fix it.
Great communication, speedy arrival, efficient assessment and professional repair at a fair price!
I’m a repeat costumer! These guys are my go-to for any appliance issues. I got my appliance serviced day-of with an affordable rate. I highly recommend
UPDATE (5stars): my oven broke after two months and they reached out in response to my review and made it right. I received a full refund as their repairs are under warranty. Much appreciated. It’s becoming more rare for companies to stand behind their service/products ORIGINAL REVIEW (4stars): I called because my washer has been leaking on occasion and oven stopped working. The technician showed up within the hour, was kind, professional, and found the issue with my stove right away. He had the part to repair it, all done in just under an hour, I believe. The final cost was $360. This seems pretty steep for such a “common and easy fix” but I’m a new home owner I guess this is the norm. I was also charged a fee for “Seattle” even though I called the local listing (they have a place in Bellevue too).
We have had several appliances fixed by Al and Dimitri. I appreciate getting an explanation of what went wrong and what my options are so I can make an informed decision. These guys are worth their fees as they are professional and knowledgeable.
Big Al is da man! Did a great job diagnosing and repairing our freezer water leak. He knows his stuff with appliances alright. Arrived on time, did the job quickly and left everything tidy afterwards. No complaints whatsoever. Great job. And he's nice dude too. Have me some suggestions on other things that need fixing in the house. Thanks, Al
Big Al was indeed big (if that's who serviced my oven). They were quick to fix my issue and had great communication on letting me know what was wrong and when they'd be back to fix it.
