I can't say enough good things about Big Al! When my Whirlpool dryer suddenly stopped working, I was dreading the thought of being without it for weeks. I thought I'd have to go through the long queue of waiting for Whirlpool to send someone out. I called in the morning after it broker, and to my AMAZEMENT, Big Al was able to schedule me the very same day. He arrived right on time and was incredibly professional and thoughtful about taking off his shoes. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained what needed to be done and got to work. What I thought might take hours, days was completed in no time at all. My dryer is running perfectly now, like the problem never happened. Don't second guess it, just call Big Al and he'll get it done. Also, he didn't over-charge me and just got it done for a reasonable rate. Super helpful! Thanks again!
